Fall 2025 Classes
Eco-Engineering: Pollution Solutions for grades 4 -8
8-week series - $100 per student
What happens when it rains in your neighborhood? In this 8-session program, students will become environmental engineers as they design, test, and improve solutions for healthier communities. Each session blends teamwork with hands-on design, connecting backyards to rivers, storm drains to streams, and everyday choices to a cleaner, healthier environment. Projects include stormwater mapping, as well as the design, construction, and testing of stormwater infrastructure.
This class meets on the following Wednesdays from 4:00 - 5:00 pm:

- November 12th
Afterschool Astronauts: The Moon, Mars, and Beyond for grades K - 3
8-week series - $100 per student
Blast off into discovery with an 8-session adventure that takes young explorers from Earth’s night sky to the surface of Mars! Students will learn with hands-on building, testing, and creating as they explore big questions about space.
Projects will include exploring a virtual night sky, creating moon models, launching rockets, and designing parachute landers.
This class meets on the following Wednesdays from 4:00 - 5:00 pm:

Bots + Boxes: A Cardboard Robot Lab for grades 1 - 4.
8-week series - $125 per student
Spend your Saturdays inventing! In this 8-session workshop series, young makers will engage in hands-on STEM challenges that spark creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. They'll design playful inventions using Strawbees, micro:bit coding, Makey Makey controllers, and safe cardboard building with the ChompSaw. Every session follows the engineering design cycle to transform ideas into real, 3D moving creations.
This class meets on the following Saturdays from 10:00 to 11:30 am:
